“A good traveler …”

“A good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving.”- Lao Tzu

- As it is with traveling, so it is with life. A good traveler knows that while arrivals are indeed important, it is just as essential to enjoy the journey’s twists and turns. – Father Soc.

  1. I remember the time we got off the wrong side of the train on our way to Lourdes in France. It was a rainy day and we were on our last leg of the journey...we had accumulated quite a heavy luggage by that time...as we jumped off the train I noticed right away that we were landing... on the railyway tracks, not on the platform!!!..whoa...danger! Good thing there was no incoming train yet from the opposite direction....our bags were so heavy to drag easily across tracks...that was a twist and turn I didn't quite enjoy..but then again, it contributed to a memorable journey...and lessons learned..look before you leap...travel light...focus on immediate things...you may not arrive at the journey's end at all...some things just happen in a snap!...but the moment of realization is also one of the spices of life's sojourn.
